Local, interesting and relevant

Hello all

Unfortunatly there has been more issues involving vehicles. This time we are recieving reports of EV Charging cables being sawn off by a masked individual. This has come to our attention when numerous reports have been made from the Long Sands Lane area of Garrison which has then been found over towards Sharoe Green.

Please tell anyone within the Fulwood area to hide away their electric car charging cables to prevent them from being cut and stolen.

If you can, try and get a box for the wires if they are attached to your house and fit this with a lock. If you can detatch it then please keep it somewhere safe.

If you have any concerns about this issue or need to make a report you can dial us on 101, or dial 999 if the crime is happening right now. Please stay safe everyone and keep a close eye on your proerty. For more crime prevention advice please check Secured by Design - Vehicle Crime
